Classic Chocolate Fondue is classic for a reason. I mean who doesn’t love dipping things in creamy decadent chocolate? This recipe is the perfect balance of dark and milk chocolate and it is really easy to make. In less than 15 minutes you’ll be in cocao heaven.

Classic Chocolate Fondue

Ingredients

1 3/4 c. heavy cream

2 4-oz. bars bittersweet chocolate, chopped

4 oz. bar milk chocolate, chopped

1 tbsp. cherry brandy (Kirsch)

2 tsp. vanilla extract

Kosher salt


Instructions

Heat the cream in a small saucepan, stirring occasionally, over medium-low heat until hot, 5 to 8 minutes.

Stir in the bittersweet chocolate, semisweet chocolate, cherry brandy, vanilla extract and salt until smooth and well combined, about 5 minutes.

Pour mixture into a fondue pot and serve with desired dippers.
