A dessert disguised as a cocktail, this concoction is perfect for people who want to drink candy and make bad decisions.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 oz Rumchata liqueur
  • 1 1/2 oz caramel vodka
  • 1 1/2 tsp caramel syrup
  • 2 tsp cinnamon sugar 1 1/2 tsp sugar + 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • Ice

PREPARATION

Add the Rumchata and caramel vodka into a cocktail shaker filled 3/4 high with crushed ice. Shake well for 1 minute or until chilled.

Prep the glass: Swirl caramel syrup inside the glass.

In small bowl or plate with caramel syrup, dip the glass into the syrup until the brim is completely covered.

In a second small bowl or plate with cinnamon sugar, dip the glass into the sugar until the syrup border is completely covered.

Pour the chilled cocktail mix into the glass straining the ice.
