Ingredients

Three Italian meats of your choice such as: Prosciutto, Salami, Calabrese. Pepperoni, or Sopressata

Mozzarella balls

Cherry tomatoes

Roasted red peppers

Basil


Instructions

Thread alternating ingredients onto skewers. May be made a day ahead of time and refrigerated. Serve as your antipasto dish with your choice of drizzle or dipping sauce! We suggest a drizzle of good olive oil and balsamic vinegar, a drizzle of pesto vinaigrette or our sun dried tomato oil dipping sauce.  Yum!
