This recipe is a staple for quick summer dinners and also makes a wonderful potluck side. It’s quick, easy and total crowd pleaser.

THIS RECIPE IS SOOO EASY

This recipe is almost as easy as making a BLT sandwich. It has very few ingredients and all gets mixed together in one big bowl. Even when you add the pasta time, you can have this recipe finished in under an hour.

BBQ & RANCH: A WINNING COMBO

You will notice that this recipe calls for a tablespoon of barbecue sauce. Just this one simple addition adds and even more meaty flavor to this already bacon-loaded salad.

ADD ANY TOPPING YOU LIKE

Personally, I like to add blue cheese crumbles and some thinly sliced red onion to this salad, but it’s not necessary. I would imagine shredded cheddar or Colby jack would also be delicious or maybe some croutons or panko breadcrumbs. Experiment to your hearts content!
