Why We Love It

This blood-red margarita looks like it belongs at a vampire’s cocktail hour. Tart blackberries and Aperol give it that rich crimson hue, while a rim of black lava salt adds instant Halloween drama (and a little mineral bite). It’s equal parts eerie and elegant—perfect for spooky dinner parties or grown-up trick-or-treat gatherings.

This is the ultimate Halloween cocktail for those who like their drinks dark, dramatic, and just a little dangerous.

Party Trick

If you want to go full haunted house, swirl a drop of edible glitter or activated charcoal through the cocktail before serving. It gives the drink a swirling, smoky “blood-in-the-water” effect that’s hauntingly beautiful.
