ORANGE GLAZED PORK CHOPS

Ingredients

4 1” thick boneless pork loin chops 

3 tablespoons olive oil 

1 tablespoon Montreal steak seasoning 

Salt and pepper to taste 

½ cup orange juice 

¼ cup chardonnay wine 

1 tsp orange zest 

1 teaspoon cornstarch 

3 tablespoons water 


Instructions

Season both side of pork chops with steak seasoning, salt and pepper. 

 

Place olive oil in a skillet on high heat. 

 

Once oil is shimmering, place pork chops in pan and sear until golden brown on one side, turn and sear other side to golden brown. 

 

Pour wine and orange juice into pan and reduce heat to medium. Cover and continue to cook 15 minutes. 

 

Remove pork chops. Add orange zest to pan juices. Dissolve cornstarch in water. Thicken pan juices with cornstarch and water mixture and continue stirring until thickened.  

 

Serve over pork chops.  


Notes

Double the gravy and serve over mashed potatoes for an unforgettable meal!
