Makes Two Personal Size Pizzas
Ingredients
Storebought naan for crust
1/2 cup barbecue sauce, divided
1 cup low-moisture shredded mozzarella cheese (4 ounces), divided
4 oz crumbled goat cheese
8 ounces cooked chicken breast, chopped into bite-sized pieces, divided
3 tablespoons dill pickles, finely chopped
Red onions
Cilantro
Salt and pepper or red pepper flakes for a little spice
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450 – 475 degrees
Place two naan on baking sheet and spread a thin layer of BBQ sauce
Sprinkle half of mozzarella on top of sauce
Toss shredded chicken with a few tablespoons of BBQ sauce and spread on top of cheese
Add sliced onions, cilantro and chopped dill pickles
Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese and crumbled goat cheese
Drizzle with remaining BBQ sauce
Add a little salt and pepper or red pepper flakes
Place baking sheet in oven
Bake for about 10 minutes or until edges become crisp and top begins to brown
